The SL2TMBR combo is a sweet amp with shimmering reverb and classic touch-sensitive tone. Full TMB (Treble Middle Bass) controls give you the ability to tweak your sound exactly as you want with the addition of the Bright/Fat switch to accommodate humbuckers or single-coils that fall a little flat in their tone. The tube driven reverb gives a fantastic warm reverb from subtle to surf, the reverb has you covered.

The amp is currently loaded with an Eminence Red Fang speaker that sounds great, but I may also have a couple other options to suit your taste and playing style. Feel free to make an offer for the amp without a speaker if you prefer to supply your own.

Handmade Tube Combo Demo – EF86 with Reverb – JMP Guitars model “WTNB”

Check out this demo of the WTNB – the reverb combo version of the non-reverb TNB head. All audio in this demo is through the amp; the backing track is through a JamMan Solo into the amp.

I’ve been a fan of the JamMan series of loopers since the original. But I’ve always had them on bypass switches because they can be a little noisy, and not true bypass.

So I was excited when I saw that they released the JamMan Express XT, with TRUE BYPASS written all over it, and the advertising. The only problem: it’s a lie. This pedal is not at all true bypass…and it’s noisier than the JamMan Solo!

Now I just need to decide if it’s worth building another bypass box for it, or trying something like the Ditto out.
